“I needed 20,000+ s.f. of 12” rough cut pine siding, paneling, and flooring for two barn projects.  I wanted wood that had been circle sawn to match the look of the original wood from the barns on the farm.  Hull’s Sawmill was recommended by another local farm that bought wood from Hull’s to renovate a barn.  I contacted Greg and placed the order.  It was a large order for Hull’s and I needed it on a strict timeline to finish the project by fall.  Greg was good to work with and up front about difficulty filling such a large order.  We agreed on a schedule for the various materials throughout the summer.  The wood was delivered close to the original schedule and Greg was good about communicating on any issues they were having cutting and drying the wood.  Quality issues were dealt with promptly and replacement wood sent timely in light of our tight schedule.  The interior paneling looks great and we get a lot of compliments from our customers.  The board and batten siding costs only slightly more than steel siding but it looks so much better on an old barn than steel that the little extra cost and work is well worth it.  Don’t put steel on your barn!  Get the real thing from Hull’s and keep your barn looking like a barn rather than a warehouse!”
